How the HBR PNY fees, rates, deposit and refund work.
Example product: Single HBR PNY's Hire with Gear $16.66 per hr / vessel min 3 hrs. (Plus $6.98 booking fee Non refundable included in total)
What hourly rate means: Each HBR PNY's including gear is $16.66 per hour for equipment hire.
Why the minimum time period: while we get people familiar with the system, we have a minimum of 3 hours on the water. This is to ensure that you have enough time to unload and return without feeling rushed when your on the water. This extra time also allows you to stretch your legs, explore, have a coffee without the added pressure to return on time without penalty.
Booking fee explained: The booking fee is per vessel booked, $6.98 and is a non refundable fee included in the total. The reason why this is paid in full prior to the date as it allows a customer to confidently secure the date and cancel anytime they choose without further penalty.
We believe this is the best and fair solution as we have our own opportunity and running cost regardless of weather and events outside of our control. This gives you control rather than a complicated rescheduling or partial refunding credit note solution and will give you the full chargeable rate and deposit back into your account minus the non-refundable booking fee.
